With a core focus on the Brooklyn and Queens markets, he provides clients with the latest on emerging markets and trends, pricing, tenancy, and how to strategically position commercial real estate assets to achieve their objectives
Daniel brings previous experience working in the real estate hospitality, and sales industries. Prior to Optimar Daniel worked at CPEX and Ripco Real Estate, analyzing data and assisting with franchise expansion, and TenantU services, where he focused on business development to facilitate housing between landlords and college students. He most recently worked at Fly Victor as a Senior Sales Associate, cultivating high-end client relationships for the fast-growing private aviation company. Daniel also spent time with Tao Hospitality Group, one of New York’s leading restaurant and hotel companies, and the Out Hotel, assisting with lead generation and competitive analysis in the sales department.
